One half of a cracking red and white pair from the Roussillon, deep in southern France. A region much overlooked and brimming with promise and potential.
Viticulture: From some of the best vineyards in the Roussillon, this distinctively French white wine is crafted from native varietals to the region, usually a blend from Roussanne, Colombard, Vermentino, Marsanne or Grenache Blanc. The soils are rich in clay and silt.
Winemaking: A traditional white wine fermentation follows a direct pressing and racking in stainless steel without carbonic maceration. No oak aging.
