Pale straw yellow in the glass this is a light and vibrant wine. It has that zippiness that comes from the citrus character of the wine. Apples and pineapple lead to a refreshing acidity. A clean and refreshing drink all round.

Casa Defra Winery was founded in 1908 and aims to represent the best selection of Berici vine growers. This is a lovely example of how a traditional Italian Pinot Grigio should be.
