Tarsier Gin is inspired by the founders’ travels through Southeast Asia, bringing together traditional gin-making with botanicals such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and other aromatic ingredients. The result is a contemporary gin with a distinctive flavour profile.
Despite its exotic influences, Tarsier remains firmly rooted in the London dry style, ensuring juniper remains central while allowing the bright, fragrant botanicals to shine through.
Serving suggestion: Best served with premium tonic water, plenty of ice and a garnish of lime or lemongrass. Also works beautifully in refreshing gin cocktails with a citrus focus.
