Kokoro Gin is inspired by Japanese flavour philosophy, where balance and harmony are central to the final spirit. “Kokoro” translates roughly as “heart” or “spirit,” reflecting the intention behind the gin’s calm and considered profile.
Crafted with a focus on subtle botanicals rather than bold intensity, it offers a restrained and elegant gin style that works well both neat and in light, refined serves.
Serving suggestion: Best served with premium tonic water, plenty of ice and a garnish of cucumber or yuzu peel. Also works well in delicate gin cocktails or a Japanese-style highball.
