Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh aromas of sea breeze, citrus zest and green apple are complemented by honey, vanilla and light floral notes.
Palate: Smooth and well-balanced with flavours of honeyed malt, toffee and orchard fruit, layered with sea salt, gentle spice and subtle oak.
Finish: Medium to long with lingering maritime salinity, soft sweetness and gentle warming spice.

Old Pulteney Distillery is located in the coastal town of Wick in the far north of Scotland. Its proximity to the sea plays a defining role in shaping the whisky’s distinctive maritime character.
The 12 Year Old expression is the distillery’s flagship single malt, matured in American oak casks to develop its signature balance of sweetness, citrus and subtle coastal influence. It is widely regarded as one of Scotland’s classic coastal whiskies.
Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to enhance its citrus and sea salt character. Also pairs well with seafood dishes such as smoked salmon or shellfish.
