Sharish Gin is produced in Portugal's Alentejo region, an area renowned for its rich history and agricultural heritage. The Laurinius expression takes inspiration from the Roman roots of the region, combining traditional distillation techniques with carefully selected botanicals.
The result is a refined gin that balances Mediterranean influences with classic gin structure, offering both freshness and complexity in equal measure.
