Rather than following the sweeter, fruit-led direction of many contemporary gins, Liverpool London Dry Gin keeps juniper firmly at the forefront. Citrus provides freshness while coriander and angelica bring spice, structure and complexity. Bottled at 46% ABV, it has enough concentration to remain expressive when mixed without becoming overly heavy.
Serving suggestion: Serve over plenty of ice with a quality Indian tonic water and a wedge or twist of orange. Its dry, juniper-led character also makes it an excellent choice for classic gin cocktails such as a Martini or Negroni.
