Vineyards: The grapes are bought in from long-standing growers, carefully selected by Thierry Delaunay. It is an 'IGP Valle de la Loire', so offers great value compared to an AOC wine.
Winemaking: The Holy Snail is blended from fine cuvées of Sauvignon Blanc from across the Touraine region of the Loire Valley. Once assembled and matured on fine lees, it expresses all the qualities of the richness and varieties of Loire’s terroirs which bring a complexity, elegance and finesse to this wine.
