Tasting Notes

Almost black in colour, this wine is powerful. Both on the nose and palate. With a complex abundance of fruit aromas, mixed with an almost tobacco like note, then some mint choc chip on top of that! WOW! On the palate its very similiar. You have those powerful fruits again but with a lovely toasted oakiness to it, which finishes with strong tannins.

Produced in the Coonawarra region of South Australia. This wine is aged in new and old French & American oak barrels. Which is where that lovely toasted oakiness comes from. This is a big wine from a very skilled winemaker.
