Tasting Notes

Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house, established in 1729 and internationally renowned for its mastery of Chardonnay. The house's Blanc de Blancs has become an iconic Champagne, celebrated for its purity, elegance and distinctive luminous style.
Winemaking: Made exclusively from Chardonnay, the wine undergoes primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional Champagne method. Extended ageing on lees enhances texture and complexity while preserving freshness and aromatic precision.
Vineyards: Chardonnay is sourced from a selection of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards across Champagne, including the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Chalk-rich soils contribute the freshness, minerality and elegance that define the wine’s character.
