About
Campo Flores is part of the deAlto Rioja y Más project, created by Master of Wine Fergal Tynan and colleagues to highlight the potential of sustainable Spanish winemaking. The range focuses on expressive, environmentally conscious wines made with minimal intervention.
Winemaking:Grapes are sourced from low-yielding, old bush vines in Cuenca, grown on sandy chalk soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit character, with no oak ageing to maintain purity and vibrancy.
Vineyards:Located in La Mancha, where a hot, dry climate and poor soils naturally limit yields, producing concentrated fruit with intense flavour. Vines are farmed organically without the need for chemical intervention.
