A Sauvignon Blanc that is a light yellow colour with a greenish hue and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits that promise such a lot.
It exceeds expectations!.
With a rounded body, good structure and flavours of peach, citrus and exotic fruits. It is youthful, vibrantly fresh, and deliciously crisp with excellent natural acidity and a long citric and peach aftertaste.
About
The vineyards are in the Dillons point area around half a mile from the sea which lie in the Kerseley estate with vines aged between 15 and 30 years. The fruit on the estate is grown on a VSP trellis system.
Fermentation takes place in stainless tank at low temperature with natural yeasts to ensure that the single site is expressed in the wine.
To keep the crisp, fruity characteristics of the wine, it is not oak aged.
