Trimbach Riesling is a dry white wine with citrus flavours of lemon and grapefruit with a hint of peaches making the overall flavour profile a lovely and smooth.

Its aroma is lively but delicate giving an overall richness which is reflected in the palate between light and medium bodied and its finish has a dry and crisp note.

About

The wine is made from 100% Riesling grape.

After harvest the grapes are brought directly to the winery where they are fermented in stainless steel and bottled early without malolactic fermentation to retain the freshness in the wine.
