Champagne Jacquart is a modern Champagne house based in Reims, known for producing fresh, approachable and consistent styles that highlight purity of fruit and balance. The Mosaïque range reflects the diversity of Champagne’s vineyard mosaic.
Winemaking: Carefully selected base wines from multiple vintages are blended and undergo secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional Champagne method. Extended lees ageing enhances texture, fine bubbles and aromatic complexity.
Vineyards: Grapes are sourced from a wide range of Champagne crus, including Premier and Grand Cru sites. The region’s chalk-rich soils and cool climate contribute freshness, structure and mineral precision.
