For lovers of Pinot Noir, this is the region for the world's best and the wines from here are unparalleled. Jules Regnier was a Dijon-based merchant with an impressive portfolio of top Burgundies which included Grands Crus such as Bonnes Mares, Corton, Chambertin, Echezeaux, Clos de Tart, Clos Vougeot and Clos de la Roche.

Our Views

1969 was a superb vintage for Burgundy, though very small due to a cold spring. The wines benefit from having real backbone with outstanding fruit and balanced acidity. This wine has good overall appearance with pleasing colour and levels and shows every indication of being superb.
