Tasting Notes

Fresh soft fleshy fruits, think nectarine and peached complimented with an orange blossom and jasmine scent. Drinking this is a similar palate, again with the fleshy fruits but with an added little hint to some ginger spices. Lush.

Viognier hasnt always been a grape you would automatically think of when you think Australian white wines. Its more likely you would go to the Old World wines for that. However this grape variety is slowly but firmly growing (no pun intended} a bit of a following in Aussie land. Some might even say it is overtaking Chardonnay in the popularity states.
