Jansz Tasmania is one of Australia’s pioneering sparkling wine producers and is dedicated exclusively to crafting premium sparkling wines. The cool maritime climate of Tasmania provides ideal conditions for producing wines with freshness, precision and exceptional balance.
Winemaking: Carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed and fermented before undergoing a secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional method. Extended maturation on lees develops texture, complexity and the wine’s signature fine mousse.
Vineyards: Fruit is sourced from premium Tasmanian vineyards, where cool temperatures, long growing seasons and maritime influences allow grapes to ripen slowly while retaining natural acidity and aromatic purity.
