Tasting Notes

Jansz Tasmania is one of Australia’s leading sparkling wine houses, dedicated exclusively to producing premium sparkling wines. Tasmania’s cool maritime climate allows the winery to create wines of exceptional elegance, freshness and consistency.
Winemaking: Selected parcels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are gently pressed and fermented before undergoing a secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional method. Ageing on lees develops complexity, texture and the wine’s refined mousse while preserving fruit purity.
Vineyards: The grapes are sourced from premium Tasmanian vineyards, where cool growing conditions, abundant sunshine and maritime influences encourage slow ripening and the development of bright fruit flavours and natural acidity.
