About
Yering Station was Victoria's first winery and is now considered a jewel of the Yarra Valley. When we visited Yering Station winery, we were blown away by the winery itself and the attention to detail in the winemaking process. From the careful tending of vines through to the vinification in pristine stainless steel tanks, every step is precise and followed to ensure that the wines that make it into your glass are the optimum. The cooler climate of the Yarra Valley lends itself to Pinot Noir (which doesn't fare so well in baking hot conditions) and this wine reflects everything that is great about this wine region.
