Tasting Notes

A really rather striking wine, one where both the nose and the palate completely match. Its a nice deep deep red colour, and the nose is dark fruits and ripened cherries. There are notes of vanilla in there too, which comes from the oak aging. It works though. It works so so well! This wine has some really soft tannins which just finish off a lovely glass of wine.

Boundary Line Shiraz is produced with grapes grown in the Eden Valley Hills, Barossa Valley, South Australia. Given the cooler wetter climate these grapes can a little extra time to ripen naturally on vine. This is a fantastic Shiraz by Berton Vineyards. A fine Aussie Shiraz.
