About
The blend is a 50/50 mix of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio from the Veneto region of Italy.
The harvest takes place at the beginning of September. Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon are fermented in steel tanks at a temperature that varies from 14° to 16° C. It ages in stainless steel vats until ready for bottling; an aging period in bottle follows.
