Brunilde di Menzione Salice Salentino Riserva is produced in the Salice Salentino appellation of Puglia in southern Italy, an area known for its traditional Negroamaro-based wines.
Winemaking: Carefully selected grapes are fermented under controlled temperatures to preserve fruit purity. The wine is then aged to develop added structure and complexity typical of the Riserva style.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in Puglia’s warm Mediterranean climate, where abundant sunshine and cooling coastal influences help produce ripe, flavourful grapes with balanced acidity.
