Brunilde di Menzione Primitivo di Manduria Riserva comes from the renowned Manduria zone in Puglia, southern Italy, an area famous for producing some of the finest expressions of the Primitivo grape.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested at full ripeness to capture the grape’s natural richness. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures followed by ageing which adds structure, smoothness and complexity to the wine.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located in the warm Mediterranean climate of Manduria, where abundant sunshine and cooling coastal breezes allow Primitivo grapes to ripen fully while maintaining balance and depth of flavour.
