Fabre Phebus Reservado Malbec is produced by Fabre Montmayou, a prestigious winery founded by Bordeaux-born winemaker Hervé Fabre. The estate is known for producing elegant, terroir-driven Argentine wines that combine French expertise with Mendoza’s exceptional growing conditions.
Winemaking: Carefully selected Malbec grapes are fermented under controlled temperatures to preserve fruit intensity. The wine is then aged in oak barrels to add depth, texture and complexity while maintaining balance.
Vineyards: The grapes are sourced from vineyards in Mendoza’s high-altitude regions, where sunny days and cool nights allow the fruit to ripen fully while retaining freshness and vibrant aromatics.
