About
Fabre Phebus Gran Reservado Malbec is produced by Fabre Montmayou, one of Argentina’s most respected wineries. Founded by Bordeaux-born winemaker Hervé Fabre, the estate combines French winemaking expertise with the exceptional terroir of Mendoza.
Winemaking: Carefully selected Malbec grapes are fermented with controlled temperatures to preserve fruit purity. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for an extended period, allowing the flavours to develop complexity and structure.
Vineyards: The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza where warm sunny days and cool nights allow the fruit to ripen slowly, concentrating flavours while preserving freshness and balance.
