Bacio della Luna Prosecco Rosé Spumante is produced in the Veneto region of northern Italy, an area internationally recognised as the home of the best Prosecco wines. The winery specialises in crafting fresh, elegant sparkling wines that showcase the character of the the local grapes and the terroir.
Winemaking: The wine is made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes using the Charmat method, where secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit flavours and create lively bubbles.
Vineyards: The grapes are grown in Veneto’s gently rolling hills, where favourable climate conditions and well-drained soils allow the fruit to ripen slowly while maintaining vibrant acidity and aromatic freshness.
Food Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light salads, seafood, antipasti, sushi, and fresh cheeses. It also complements fruit desserts and summer dishes beautifully.
