Bacio della Luna Prosecco Extra Dry is produced in the Prosecco heartland of the Veneto region of northern Italy.
Winemaking: The wine is made using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This preserves the wine’s fresh fruit character and creates its lively, delicate bubbles.
Vineyards: The Glera grapes are grown in the rolling hills of Veneto, where a mild climate and well-drained soils help produce grapes with vibrant acidity and fresh fruit flavours.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters, seafood, salads, and delicate pasta dishes. It also works well with antipasti, sushi, and fresh cheeses.
