Hell's Stone Whisky is a smooth and approachable English blended whisky showing notes of honey, vanilla and gentle spice. Lightly smoky with a soft sweetness and rounded character, it’s an easy-drinking whisky that balances warmth and subtle complexity.
Named after Hell’s Stone, an ancient Neolithic monument in Cornwall, it was created with a maritime influence from the Atlantic coastline, by the innovative distillery team at Pocketful of Stones.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Soft aromas of honey, vanilla and toasted oak lead the way, supported by light cereal notes and a gentle wisp of smoke.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with flavours of caramel, malt and vanilla. Hints of orchard fruit and light spice add depth, while a delicate smoky note provides balance without overpowering the sweeter elements.
Finish: Medium in length, warming and slightly spicy. Gentle oak, sweet malt and a faint lingering smokiness fade slowly.

Hell's Stone Whisky is crafted by blending selected whiskies with neutral grain spirit to create a balanced and approachable profile. The blend is carefully refined to highlight sweet malt, light oak and gentle spice.
After blending, the whisky is rested to allow the flavours to marry together before being bottled. The result is a smooth, versatile whisky that reflects the distillery’s creative spirit and Cornish heritage.
