Mermaid Salt Vodka is produced by the Isle of Wight Distillery, an independent craft distillery located on the south coast of England. Known for their premium Mermaid range of spirits, the distillery focuses on sustainability, island-inspired ingredients and elegant coastal flavours.
The vodka is distilled using high-quality grain spirit before being gently infused with a small amount of locally harvested sea salt from the surrounding waters of the Isle of Wight, giving the spirit its distinctive character.
Enjoy chilled and neat, over ice, or in a classic vodka martini. The subtle salinity also makes it an excellent base for refreshing cocktails such as vodka tonics or citrus-based drinks.
