Glengoyne The Legacy Chapter Three is a beautifully crafted Highland single malt that showcases the distillery’s slow, meticulous approach to whisky making. It pours a warm golden-amber colour, releasing aromas of baked apples, honeycomb, vanilla and gentle oak spice.
On the palate, this whisky is rich, rounded and expressive, balancing juicy fruit with warm baking spices and subtle sherry sweetness. Its slow distillation and careful cask selection give it a refined mouthfeel with excellent depth and smoothness. The finish is long, warming and delicately spiced, with lingering notes of citrus peel, toffee and soft oak.
Taste
Nose: Aromas of apple strudel, honey, toffee, vanilla pod, soft oak spice and a touch of citrus zest.
Palate: Rich and layered with stewed fruits, brown sugar, nougat, toasted barley and gentle sherry warmth. Silky texture with well-integrated spice.
Finish: Long, smooth and warming with notes of dried fruit, nutmeg, caramel and lightly toasted oak.

Glengoyne The Legacy Chapter Three is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open up the fruit and spice layers. It also works beautifully served over a large ice sphere for a slower, more elegant development of flavour. While primarily a sipping whisky, it can elevate premium whisky-forward cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or Whisky Sour.
