Tasting Notes

This Malbec has violet aromas and a deep blackish colour. To taste it has dark fruit flavours and a soft, supple texture with a full mouth feel. Its aging in oak is long enough to add some depth and structure, but short enough to make it a lighter, easy drink.

About

Manos Negra have a lovely Malbec, representative of Argentinas Mendoza's grape of choice. Grown at altitude in hot sunny days and cool nights in soil which encourages smaller grapes but super flavour dense.

Fermented for 12 days, with a 28 day maceration, then aged in new (10%) and old (90%) oak.
