This New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is a light colour with a fresh nose of lemongrass, passion fruit and gooseberry. Dry with green herbaceous flavours coming through with the tropical fruits to a crisp and vibrant finish.

Leftfield Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of 91% grape sourced from Nelson and the remainder from Waipara on the South Island.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a little residual sugar to add a touch of fullness.
